Since all of our clients require some level of program management, we only employ the most skilled program managers. Every program manager is thoroughly educated regarding the nuances of the industry and is supplied with proprietary tools to assist them in communicating with you and our network of suppliers. Our program managers are fully empowered to answer questions, make decisions, and solve problems. If you need after-hours production or overnight international shipping, our program managers do not need to get approval to make it happen. Gung-Ho's program managers work as required, not the workday. They are available "after hours" during critical shipping periods and may be placed on location to facilitate immediate resolution of any issues that may arise. As an example, H&R Block required over 1.2 million software kits to be manufactured and distributed directly to thousands of retail outlets nationwide during the first week of their high-volume product rollout. To make this happen, we used four manufacturing facilities with a dedicated H&R Block program manager at each location working around the clock throughout the week of Thanksgiving. The program managers ensured the quality of the manufactured components, accuracy of assembly, individual order detail, and retailer-specific requirements for packaging, labeling, and freight carrier. Although the program managers were located across the nation, they were connected via Gung-Ho's GENIE system and H&R Block had visibility to all manufacturing and fulfillment operations via our Web-based GOLD system.
