Gung-Ho’s Go-Cart is an e-commerce shopping cart that provides lower costs for the processing and fulfillment of Web orders. Go-Cart e-commerce orders seamlessly integrate with call center and purchase orders so you can access and generate comprehensive reports for all of your orders using Gung-Ho's GOLD on-line information system.

No Charge for Integrated Order Management

At Gung-Ho, we do not charge for orders and confirmations that are electronically transmitted. Nor do we charge for using our Web-based GOLD system that gives you real-time order, inventory, MRP, and tracking information as well as easy-to-understand management reports. Initial setup costs are determined based upon your unique requirements then ongoing transactions and information are provided free of charge. As an example, for JIAN, we integrated their Web store, call center, and purchase order systems. All orders were then captured by GENIE, processed, and fulfilled. JIAN used our GOLD system for complete access to and control of all of their orders. Moreover, JIAN used our Go-Cart shopping cart for their Web store and reported that this resulted in receipt of more than 11% in additional revenue, quicker deposits into their bank account, reduced shopping cart abandonment, faster and less expensive shipping, fewer customer service calls, and more complete sales information.
