This guarantee was not a problem for Gung-Ho – we accurately fulfilled better than 99.9999% orders on time (more than 45,000 orders comprised of more than 3,502,000 software kits contained in more than 320,000 shipping cartons with a discrepancy reported in only one order), performed with 99.998% ASN Transaction Set accuracy, and received only one chargeback for $100. We also utilized GOAL and multiple manufacturing and distribution locations for faster product delivery and a freight cost reduction of over $500,000.
