Go-Cart – Increased Shopping Cart Profitability
Gung-Ho’s "Go-Cart" is an e-commerce shopping cart that provides lower costs for the processing and fulfillment of Web orders. "Go-Cart" e-commerce orders seamlessly integrate with call center and purchase orders so clients can access and generate comprehensive reports for all of their orders using Gung-Ho's GOLD on-line information system. Clients using "Go-Cart" report they receive more than 11% in additional revenue, quicker deposits into their bank accounts, reduced shopping cart abandonment, faster and less expensive shipping, fewer customer service calls, and more complete sales information.
Go-Station – Customized On-Demand Printing and Order Fulfillment
Gung-Ho’s “Go-Station” is a workstation that provides on-demand printing, order processing, and fulfillment of orders that require custom graphics, license keys, serial numbers, unlock codes, license agreements, support, training, or subscription information. All custom-generated information is electronically transmitted via GENIE and accessed using GOLD. As an example, for FVC, Gung-Ho's GENIE system dynamically generated registration codes and multiple license keys based upon client-specific bills of materials and our Demand Publishing system provided on-demand printing of warranty cards with registration codes, multiple license keys, and bar codes for as few as one unit at a time.
GUARD – Retailer-Specific EDI, Packaging, and Distribution
GUARD, "Gung-Ho's Universally Approved Retailer Direct" program, provides the technologies and capabilities necessary to ensure that the retailer-specific EDI, packaging, labeling, shipping, and carrier requirements in the retailers' routing guides are met. GUARD combines the power of our GENIE system with the experience of our program managers in successfully satisfying retailer requirements year after year. Clients using “GUARD” report better than 99.999% direct-to-retailer fulfillment order accuracy.
GOLD To Go! – Anytime, Anywhere Information
Gung-Ho’s "GOLD To Go!" is a wireless service that enables GOLD users to review order status, track shipments, and check inventory – anytime, anywhere – using Internet Explorer on a Pocket PC.
