Gung-Ho's GENIE and GOLD information systems continue to provide better than 99.9999% system availability, rapid scalability, redundancy, and no unauthorized access since the systems were implemented in Gung-Ho's secure data center environment six years ago.

Gung-Ho begins manufacturing and fulfillment for the launch of Allegro Multimedia’s new Piano Wizard software and keyboard product line. The launch includes the concurrent release of fifteen new products that will be sold through retail outlets, Web stores, and HSN. Gung-Ho’s GENIE system is integrated with the various order originators so that Gung-Ho can fulfill all orders, regardless of source, and ship directly to the distributor, retailer, or consumer. Gung-Ho’s Web-based GOLD system provides Allegro Multimedia with real-time information regarding all manufacturing and fulfillment operations.

The Gung-Ho Affiliate Program (GAP) enables clients to provide their customers with products they no longer want to supply. Clients simply direct their customers to Gung-Ho (typically a link from their Web site); then Gung-Ho takes the orders, supplies the products, and processes the billing. GAP is a perfect solution for providing physical media, hard copies of manuals, additional and collateral printed materials, binders,
index tabs, replacement items, and discontinued products.

Gung-Ho launches The Pal GroupSM with four new services: OrdersPalSM integrates orders from any source with fulfillment; ReturnsPalSM manages each step of product returns and reverse logistics; ProductionPalSM incorporates product manufacturing and assembly with fulfillment; and ManufacturingPalSM provides international sourcing and manufacturing assistance. The Pal GroupSM was formed to provide consumer-oriented clients with the benefits of Gung-Ho’s complete service offering.

Gung-Ho launches FulfillmentPalSM – a unique consumer-oriented fulfillment service that handles everything once an order is received. FulfillmentPalSM utilizes the same GENIE supply chain management (SCM) and GOLD customer relationship management (CRM) information systems that have provided Gung-Ho’s business-oriented clients with 99.999% order fulfillment accuracy for more than five years. FulfillmentPalSM clients can also take advantage of Gung-Ho’s other capabilities including product manufacturing, assembly, order management, and fulfillment.
