Gung-Ho enhances its Demand Publishing capabilities by adding cost-effective low-volume CD duplication for as few as one unit at a time. Utilizing patent-pending technology, CDs are individually produced to order with dynamic contents and custom labels. Gung-Ho also handles all aspects of printing, packaging, and order fulfillment including on-line tracking, reporting, and customer service.

Since their implementation three years ago, Gung-Ho's GENIE and GOLD information systems – software and hardware – continue operating with better than 99.9999% uptime. Excluding short semi-annual upgrades scheduled for after hours, the systems were unavailable for only 95 minutes during the three-year period thus proving the high system availability, rapid scalability, and redundancy provided by Gung-Ho's secure data center environment.

For the third consecutive year, client reports Gung-Ho has better than 99.999% order fulfillment accuracy. During the six-month program involving multiple international facilities, Gung-Ho fulfilled more than 45,000 orders comprised of more than 3,502,000 software kits contained in more than 320,000 shipping cartons with a discrepancy reported in only one order (99.99997% accuracy). Gung-Ho also submitted the EDI transmissions directly to retailers on behalf of its client with 99.998% ASN Transaction Set accuracy and only one chargeback for $100
(which Gung-Ho paid per its guarantee) and utilized GOAL and multiple manufacturing and distribution locations for faster product delivery and a freight cost reduction of over $500,000.
