Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) Programs result in increased sales and fewer returns (< 5%) from stores and big-box retailers. The VMI Programs ensure the appropriate amount of inventory through an intricate combination of sales analysis, store demographics, traits, and seasonal demands for retailers including Best Buy, Toys “R” Us, Kohl’s, and Big Lots.

Assembly and distribution are added in Shakopee, Minnesota (157,000 sq. ft. facility) with up to an additional 300,000 to 400,000 sq. ft. for warehousing and building pallet displays. The facility is a an approved Nintendo Assembly Partner and adds to Gung-Ho’s combined facility total of over 3,000,000 square feet in North America and production capacity in excess of 1,000,000 kits per day. Gung-Ho's Speaker Program solves the unique challenges facing speakers, trainers, and coaches which include package design and manufacturing of multimedia materials, taking orders from any source, and shipping to the end-user customer, speaker's venue, training facility, or workshop.

Gung-Ho implements a Demand Publishing program to provide a client’s end-user customers with optional on-demand manuals and backup CDs when they download software. The program includes Web store and manufacturing system integration, worldwide fulfillment, and a GOLD Web-based interface.

Two new software clients choose Gung-Ho to assist them with their initial entry into the retail channel. Gung-Ho successfully managed the New Product Launches within a total turnaround time of only two weeks after receipt of masters.

Gung-Ho adds to its media postproduction capabilities with a Hollywood, California facility (23,000 sq. ft.) that provides a wide range of SD, HD, and 3D video, audio, and language services for DVDs, BDs and videocassettes including editing, color correction, restoration; foreign language translation, dubbing, and subtitling; telecine, conversions, and encoding.
